Skinfood x Snoopy product line!

Skinfood X Snoopy is the cutest product line ever!

Skinfood is one of my favourite Korean skincare brands. They are one of the most popular brands in Korea and I believe it is because their products are so affordable and actually made with real food ingredients! In fact, their most popular products - the Skinfood Black Sugar Wash Off mask is made from organic brown sugar and packed with tons of vitamins and nutrients.

When I returned to the UK for university after the summer holidays, I forgot to pack it along and I've been neglecting the exfoliation portion of my skincare regime for weeks now! I decided to just leave it till I return home.

But then, I then chanced upon Skinfood's new Black Sugar honey mask and I knew I had to try it. Being back in the UK means that my skin had to get used to the cold and dry winter climate and it was just peeling and cracking so badly the first week. I have always heard so much about the moisturising properties of honey and decided this would be perfect for the cold winter months.

What is it?

A skin-softening exfoliating mask containing Brazilian black sugar and moisturizing honey to create soft, moisturized, glowing skin. This product will also help decrease the amount of black and white heads for a brighter and cleaner complexion. An exfoliating skin-softening mask that will create smooth, soft and radiant complexion with the ability to help decrease white and black heads.

Directions for Usage

1. Shake well to mix upper and lower layers before use.

2. Massage onto damp, freshly cleansed face, avoiding the eye and mouth areas.

Add water if necessary.

Leave on for 10-15 minutes.

3. Rinse off with lukewarm water.

If you have ever bought the original Black Sugar Mask, the packaging for the honey one is exactly the same, except that this has the really cute limited edition Snoopy packaging!

Experience

The main difference between the two is that the honey mask is much more liquid and that makes it very easy to spread all over the face. Before, I had to add water to my Black Sugar mask because I felt like applying it alone would be too harsh for my skin. This honey mask requires shaking though, because if you don't you will just end up with separated layers of honey and black sugar.

I love how it smells like honey lemon and it just makes me feel so hungry whenever I have it on my face. (I've actually tried tasting it once and it tastes just like sugar and honey :3 ) Most importantly, it exfoliates my skin AND moisturises it as well! When I washed the mask off, my skin just feels so soft and moist.

Conclusion

I would definitely recommend this product because it has been doing wonders for my skin. A word of advice however, is that I feel that this product would definitely be more suitable if you live in a dry climate as it might be too moisturising for your skin in a tropical climate!

I hope you enjoyed this review and please leave me a comment if you would like me to review any other products! Have a great weekend ahead!
